Studio Headshot Session for Individuals
Service Description
Your personalised and intimate professional portrait session allows for 1 hour of photography time and includes 1 retouching image selected from your secure online proofing gallery provided 1 day from the completion of the booking. Additional images are charged at $50 each. A video call can be arranged to discuss the personalised features of the shoot including background options, wardrobe styling and lighting styles. The session is designed to provide you with a unique end result that represents you. Hair and makeup is optional but recommended and can be organised to be at the studio 1.5 hours prior to the shoot. Hair and make up starts at $450 or can be organised by you prior to the session. Please feel free to call with any questions you may have. I look forward to working with you!
Cancellation Policy
Portrait Photography Booking Policy Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to ensure everything goes smoothly for your upcoming session. Booking and Payment Terms Booking Fee: A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your session. The remaining 50% balance is due at the time of the session, payable by card (Visa, MasterCard, or Amex). Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellations or changes Less than 72 hours before the session will result in a loss of the 50% booking fee. Cancellations or changes made less than 1 Day before the session will forfeit the full booking fee, and a new session must be booked, subject to availability. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may result in a reduced session time, and we may not be able to extend beyond the scheduled time. Upon arrival, please call the photographer or use the #1 button on the intercom to notify us. Session Details Session Duration: The session lasts up to 1 hour, starting promptly at the scheduled time. Image Delivery: After the session, your images will be delivered via an online gallery, where you can select your final retouched image(s). 1 image is included in the package. Additional images are available for purchase. Image Selection and Retouching: You will choose your final image(s) from the online gallery. The selected image(s) will be professionally retouched before delivery. Copyright and Usage Rights Photographer’s Copyright: All images remain the copyright of the photographer. You are granted unlimited general usage rights for personal use, such as sharing on social media and printing for personal display. Third-Party Use: Images may not be used for commercial purposes or resold to third parties without the photographer’s consent. A license fee may apply for commercial use, negotiated on a case-by-case basis. General Information Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, and we cannot guarantee additional time. Client Conduct: Clients should be dressed and ready at the start of the session. Please make sure any preparation is done beforehand. Studio Rules: Please respect the studio environment. Additional guests or pets are not allowed unless agreed upon in advance.
